Our Position on Modern Slavery

Exactpro has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

We expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers and other business partners, and we expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.

Governance

Exactpro has the overall responsibility of ensuring compliance with our legal and ethical obligations, and that we do not engage with any suppliers who do not have similar obligations. In accordance with our internal policy before starting a contractual relationship, we perform a compliance check. The process includes checking the following: position in the market, whether or not there is ongoing or past litigation, credit rating, the availability of authorized capital in an amount corresponding to the size of the company and the obligations assumed.

We have the ability to remove a supplier/contractor from our approved vendor list if the supplier is not fulfilling risk or performance requirements, or based on audit findings.

All our employment contracts have a clear statement of the rights and obligations of both sides. We do not use child labour and do not hire illegal immigrants. All of our employees can report any concerns or breaches of our Code of Conduct, other internal policies or laws and regulations related to any of the direct activities of our business or supply chain. This includes any circumstances that may increase the risk of slavery or human trafficking.

We follow our existing procedures, as well as monitor any changes in the labor legislation related to human/employee rights and conduct external financial audits on a regular basis to ensure that all payments made to our employees are calculated and paid properly.
