Iuliia Emelianova is a data scientist, researcher and lecturer with Exactpro. She holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics. Drawing on her extensive background at the intersection of academia, IT and financial services, she provides expert support on the firm’s internal training courses and the courses organised for the global community of IT professionals.
Iuliia’s skill set encompasses Python, machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, algorithm development, data analysis, software testing, supervising and facilitating course accreditation with certification bodies.
Iuliia’s licences and certifications include ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level and ISTQB® Certified Tester AI Testing. Iuliia actively participates in initiatives related to her field, one such example is the IEEE AI Test Conference and the accompanying IEEE Autonomous Driving AI Test Challenge.
Iuliia is committed to ongoing professional development and collaboration within the fintech industry.
Iosif Itkin is a co-founder & CEO of Exactpro, an independent provider of AI-enabled software testing services for financial sector organisations. Founded in 2009, Exactpro employs over 450 specialists. Spearheading Exactpro’s AI Testing practice, Iosif also manages business development and research trading systems reliability & Artificial Intelligence (AI). He holds a MSc degree in Theoretical Physics.
In his professional career, Iosif has held many technology roles: software developer, performance testing department lead, technology architect, VP of technology – on a number of global financial industry initiatives. Iosif’s expertise at the intersection of high-availability systems and capital markets has enabled him to successfully facilitate technology transformations within exchanges, investment banks and clearing and settlement organisations in London, New York, Milan, Singapore, Sydney and in other major financial centres.
Dmitrii joined Exactpro in 2014 as a Project Manager at the COMMS department. He worked with the management team on marketing collateral and presentation materials, as well as on video and photo content aimed at promoting Exactpro values and technology news. He has also developed ISTQB® CTFL and CT-AI courses for Exactpro including the YouTube channel ones. He is currently a Creative Manager with the Marketing department.
Janna joined Exactpro in August 2015. Her role involves organising internal and external events, coordinating educational courses, charity campaigns and other activities. She has experience in managing industry and scientific conferences. Janna was supervising and moderating ISTQB® CTFL Course Intakes 1, 2 and 3, and several internal courses at Exactpro.
Anna-Maria Lukina is a Marketing Director at Exactpro responsible for global brand and business development, international event management, client communications and training coordination.
Anna-Maria began her journey with Exactpro in 2013 as a junior software testing specialist, while pursuing her Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Technologies. She gradually started participating in technical pre-sales where she assisted the sales and research teams. She also worked with top management on marketing collateral preparation for potential clients and prospects.
Having built a diverse global marketing team from the ground up, Anna-Maria saw it expand over the years. The team focuses on promoting the Exactpro brand digitally and at global virtual and in-person events. Anna-Maria led the marketing team through brand transformations during Exactpro acquisition by LSEG, its integration into the Group, as well as the management buyout in 2017.
Anna-Maria oversees all Exactpro social media channels, including the corporate website and YouTube channel, where the Exactpro team regularly post educational videos and technology updates on AI and software testing. She has also led brand transformation projects such as Exactpro’s transition from the legacy test tool suite to the th2 next-gen test automation framework for financial markets. Anna-Maria also runs product launch initiatives, such as educational projects for individuals and businesses, including the award-winning ISTQB®-accredited AI testing course.
Elena Treshcheva is a Program Manager at Exactpro, an independent software testing services provider for financial market infrastructures.
Elena contributes to research and technical documentation on the latest Exactpro test methods, aligning the firm’s AI Testing approach with the unique regulatory environment and diverse technological landscape of the US market. In addition, Elena is frequently involved in the firm’s educational initiatives on topics ranging from software testing to technical documentation and requirements analysis.
Elena joined Exactpro in 2017 as a QA analyst focused on post-trade systems and market data processing. Later, she transitioned to research and business development before leading the technical documentation practice from 2021 onwards.
Prior to Exactpro, Elena worked in academia, starting her career in 2008 as an assistant professor in general and applied linguistics. After obtaining her PhD in 2012, she secured a tenure of an associate professor in general and computational linguistics. During her time in academia, she also served as the head of a university research laboratory and was responsible for digital corpora projects.
Inthika Ramaniharan is a QA Engineer at Exactpro with over five years of experience in software testing, automation, and AI-driven innovations. She holds ISTQB® certifications in Foundation Level (CTFL) and AI Testing (CT-AI) and actively contributes to advancements in AI and quality assurance.
Since joining Exactpro in August 2022, Inthika has been a key member of the AI research team, working on AI-driven automation solutions for financial trading systems and optimising models to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Her technical expertise includes Python, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analysis, software testing, and automation, with a strong focus on advancing AI applications in quality assurance.
As a lecturer, she delivers lectures on AI-related topics for Exactpro’s AI Testing Training course, sharing her expertise in AI and automation to drive innovation and elevate software testing standards.
