QRS 2019 is the 19th IEEE International Conference on Software Security and Reliability taking place in Sofia, Bulgaria. QRS stands for Quality, Reliability, Security, the event is sponsored by the IEEE Reliability Society. QRS conference provides a platform for engineers and scientists from industry and academia to present their ongoing work, compare their research outcomes and experiences, network and discuss the best techniques for developing reliable systems.
